This shipping & delivery policy applies to all orders placed on Happy Nation, operated by Janaki Appliances Pvt Ltd.
1. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. During high order volumes, slight delays may occur.
2. Shipping timeline
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days across India. Delivery may vary depending on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping charges
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders. Otherwise, applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
4. Order tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Customers can track orders through the courier partner website.
5. Delivery partners
We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
6. Delivery issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours.
7. Incorrect address / failed delivery
Customers must provide accurate address details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur re-shipping charges.
8. Damaged package at delivery
If the package appears damaged, do not accept delivery. Record an unboxing video and contact us.
9. Service availability
We currently ship across India. Remote areas may take longer or may not be serviceable.
