This policy applies to purchases made on Happy Nation, operated by Janaki Appliances Pvt Ltd.
1. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Return policy
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours with valid proof.
3. Non-returnable conditions
Used, damaged products or late requests will not be accepted.
4. Refund policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Replacement policy
Replacement may be provided instead of refund based on availability.
6. Shipping charges
No charges for defective products. For other returns, shipping charges may apply.
7. Failed / duplicate transactions
Failed or duplicate payments will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
8. Company rights
We reserve the right to reject invalid requests and update this policy anytime.
