1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed instead.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos or an unboxing video are required.
- Approved returns will be arranged by our support team.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Used products.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products reported after 48 hours.
- Products without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
A replacement may be offered instead of a refund depending on product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be processed.
6. Shipping Charges
No shipping charges apply for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
For other approved returns, applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Failed / Duplicate Transactions
Failed or duplicate payments will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
8. Company Rights
Happy Nation reserves the right to reject any cancellation, return, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
